Ok… I’d prefer not to answer this as the first question but hey, we said ANYTHING.
Let’s pretend I "has" it to.
Talk about it. IT’s the most important thing to do. Your partner has to know your problem, most of the time premature ejaculation happens because of anxiety. Relax yourself. Sex isn’t supposed to be a test.
If this does not work for you, make up for it with foreplay, before engaging in sex.
Note that if you ejaculate way too early (before anything happens), under ten seconds, maybe you should see a doctor.
